The Hiring Hall Out of Work Application and Sub Certification Form can be filled out and submitted through the website!  Also, Travelers can fill out the Hiring Hall Out of Work Application and submit it through the website.  CLICK HERE.

We will continue to accept those forms via email through December 31, 2020, however we encourage you to begin using the improved format immediately.  Thank You.
